Is exercise really perfect?

Here is another study showing the benefits of exercise. I think we don't need more and more studies that show what we already believe. I do want to know if there are studies showing negative outcomes of exercise. I am not interested in empty statements such as "everything in moderation". I want hard data. Is there any known reason not to exercise? Are there known reasons not to do certain kinds of exercise, or to limit the amount? There must be quantitative knowledge about this.
